Title: AR: I-30 Exit 116

Should there be an additional point for the southern half of this interchange (https://www.google.com/maps/@34.5584534,-92.6151662,3a,75y,25.94h,87.97t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1suOpo7EZgHcwyEv-AJ-Fb8w!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DuOpo7EZgHcwyEv-AJ-Fb8w%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D261.16113%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192)?  It seems to be more than 0.6 miles from the current 116 point.

Also affects US67/70. Existing 116 isn't in use in any route, and becomes 116A. The S half is added as new 116.
