Title: SD: I-90/US 14 exit numbering error

I noticed that the Box Elder exit was marked as Exit 66; it is actually Exit 67.
The old Exit 66 was about a half mile to the west.

I'll move 66 to the old point and mark it closed. Current exit will be renumbered 67.
