Title: VA: US 11 and VA 365 in Wytheville

US 11:  I think that a point should be added at 11thSt (https://www.google.com/maps/@36.9537831,-81.0782975,3a,75y,334.96h,81.98t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sPKQiLtNBCadhWTJ6kJrFbQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) to help with shaping and because it connects to I-77 and I-81.

VA 365:  I think that VA365East should be VA365Eas.

VA365Eas  Should CasRd be End or something else?
