Title: IL: Splits

* IL-25, add a waypoint at new Longmeadow Parkway (https://goo.gl/maps/x1eN1PqL4D5VAfNE8 - does not yet appear in GSV though
* IL-31, add a waypoint at Big Timber Road?

Was there a request for this? I’m confused as to its need.

Dropping request for latter.  The former is a new road under construction at this time. The Longmeadow parkway is new right of way through the NW suburbs around Carpentersville.  Google Maps has a render[/b] (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.1350343,-88.2728607,15.25z/data=!5m1!1e1)

It may still be useful considering that there is a hidden shaping point south of here that should probably be replaced with a visible point.

I do have a few other comments with IL 31.

1.  Should GalBlvd be relocated?  I see no evidence that IL 31 is on one-way streets here.   (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.760559,-88.317303,3a,75y,325.92h,93.28t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1srMbrW_qiCcZ36OhRhsOTeQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192)
2.  Consider moving +X01 with Illinois Ave (IllAve) nearby.
3.  Maybe add McLean Blvd (McLBlvd) as the route practically goes out of tolerance here.

So I had a point along IL 25 at "BenSt" (south of New York St) that has disappeared.

I'll defer to Highway63 on this because I guess BenSt was removed on both IL 25 and IL 31 due to its proximity to NewYorkSt/GalBlvd. 

EDIT (12-17-2021):  Highway63 restored BenSt.
