It looks like PalAve is incorrect. (https://www.google.com/maps/@39.2823225,-74.5807524,3a,75y,183.32h,92.96t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s8MnM7PMm-OofWbQmr5mzFQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192)  It should be marked as closed (2008 GSV seemed to show a connection) or changed to End.

Looks like the Stainton Memorial Causeway ends at 9thSt, so going with that.
