Title: NE: I-76/I-80 interchange renumbered on I-76 to Exit 3
Post by: the_spui_ninja on November 23, 2021, 10:45:22 pm
Just got done with a trip through NE CO and the NE panhandle, and saw that the I-76/I-80 interchange redesign is essentially done (I-76 EB to I-80 WB still requires a detour but everything else is open). Nebraska has finally changed the I-76 signage to be EW instead of NS, but that doesn't really concern us here. What does concern us is that the exit on I-76 has been renumbered to 3, so the "I-80" point should be renamed since I-76 now has its own exit numbers. The actual point position might need to be moved too; it's a weird redesign so I'll leave that up to everyone else whether or not (and where) it should be moved.

Nebraska decided to give I-76 its own exit number, after all these years?!?  :o  ;D
I truly find that funny.

I did end up repositioning the point a little bit.

So I guess that this thread (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=3032.0) is also at least partially solved.
