The 12/20 realignment project is complete. US 12 now intersects US 20 at a new intersection just east of Lake St. The corresponding US20_A waypoint should move to this intersection from its current location just west of Clay Street.
Routing of US 20 is unchanged, though the US12_A waypoint would need to move to the new intersection. I'd also recommend a waypoint at Lake Street for US 12/20.

Thanks. On US 20, US12_A has been *'ed since the old junction is no longer there and the point is in use. The new junction is marked US12_Gar (and US12_E has been renamed US12_Eas for East Chicago, and to reduce confusion since it is the westernmost point that refers to US12). I made similar changes to the point names on US 12.
Is there a particular reason you think Lake St needs its own point? It's .2 miles from another waypoint, isn't useful for shaping, and doesn't connect to any other routes.

Lake Street is a common spot to turn off from 12/20 to go to the beach.

If a user needs it they can request it.

I would be among those using it, as I stayed on US 12 at the split and this was several years ago.
