Title: VA: US 460 BUS (Appomattox) and VA 131 Point Concerns

US 460 BUS (Appomattox):  VA131_W should be VA131 or VA131_C.

VA 131:  MainSt should be SR691 (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.3541562,-78.8297208,3a,75y,194.47h,79.83t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sVUDwjaC6nK4IO33-uxGJoQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656).

Also to the east on US 460, I would change SR620Flo to SR620_Flo, but that is super minor.

This did create a duplicate label as VA131 was an alternate label for VA131_S; however, the VA131 label was not in use so I went ahead and removed it.
