Title: VA: I-77 and US 52 Mapview Concerns

1.  Add a shaping point on I-77 around the New River (between 24 and 32) to keep the line west of US 52.
2.  Add a shaping point on I-77 southeast of 64 (US 52/VA 61) to keep the line east of US 52.
