Title: NY: NY 22, NY 32, NY 52, and NY 67 Labels
Post by: Markkos1992 on January 05, 2022, 03:46:48 pm
NY 22:  I think that ESanBlvd should just be SanBlvd.

NY 32:  Changing Bro to Bro_E just looks dumb.  Maybe go with ONeSt (O'Neil St) (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.9319862,-74.0035583,3a,75y,350.98h,75.43t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sv38g5nTGJXBmGH_BpnBTug!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3Dv38g5nTGJXBmGH_BpnBTug%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D230.58014%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656).  But I also see this NY 213 shield (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.9299381,-74.0057921,3a,15y,204.85h,93.9t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s8g1n9LGww7xNtiz3atc7CA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).

NY 52:  I am seeing MonSt_S instead of SMonSt.

NY 67:  I am seeing MainSt_S instead of NMainSt.

Changed.

In the meantime, I looked beyond the Roadway Data Inventory Viewer (https://gis.dot.ny.gov/html5viewer/?viewer=risviewer) and the Traffic Data Viewer (https://gisportalny.dot.ny.gov/portalny/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=28537cbc8b5941e19cf8e959b16797b4), and it looks like NY 213 (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.9272731,-74.0103043,3a,75y,25.74h,82.39t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sAF1QipNPF0JX3pKHZkh1YhpukVH9orKLhFBvvVzs1e8B!2e10!5s20200701T000000!7i7680!8i3840) should potentially be extended along NY 32 to Broadway (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.9300437,-74.0060693,3a,75y,129.59h,69.63t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sVzlqP3wqaMRqG_zcGEjj7Q!2e0!5s20210901T000000!7i16384!8i8192).

Why does NYSDOT want a useless NY 32/NY 213 concurrency so bad?   :pan:

That sign at Broadway could be written off as a missing TO.
The other link is contradicted by this (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.9273209,-74.011061,3a,17.6y,88.98h,87.43t/data=!3m10!1e1!3m8!1sXqVR7DGRnJTJK3Lzwc11Pw!2e0!5s20200701T000000!7i13312!8i6656!9m2!1b1!2i40).

Looks like the olap is legit. Committed and pushed.
