Title: CT: CT 82 Gillette Castle State Park Point

I think that a point should be added on CT 82 at River Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.4488506,-72.4300767,3a,75y,308.82h,89.68t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1soLdEK6YmP3q1LK2nm9RSjg!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DoLdEK6YmP3q1LK2nm9RSjg%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D321.78394%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656) due to its access to Gillette Castle State Park.  (maybe CT 148 (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.4207904,-72.4259341,3a,75y,30.44h,77.77t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1suUpsHiqlXAEl9sGej8s5jA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) as well, but that is already so close to the ferry...)

Added both. The one on CT148 is important enough for an all-way stop, so eh, why not.

Theoretically, I need a point for Gillette Castle SP... somewhere. I was like 7 at the time; memory's not clear. Coulda been via Bone Mill Rd for all I know.
ISTR the same vacation involved Newport RI. Pick a corridor, any corridor.

I see in the pull request that you labeled the CT 82 point as......CT 82.
