Title: AR: I-49 BVB exit numbers have changed

Seems they have converted all the 2XX exit numbers to continue the former I-540 mileage scheme up there. :pan:

For instance, 284 -> 99 per this post (https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=3324.msg2698027#msg2698027).

And on a side note, '93' needs to be recentered onto the new center point for that interchange in both I-49 & US-71's files.

I've been active in that thread and read that post, just hadn't replied for clarification on the other 2 exits yet.
I generally keep a pretty close eye on AARoads topics that affect my regions, so there's usually not much need to duplicate here unless a good amount of time passes without something being changed that should be.
