Title: MD: MD 36 and MD 495 Point Concerns

MD 36:  The MD HLR references SugMapLn as SugMapRd (https://www.roads.maryland.gov/OPPEN/2020%20Allegany.pdf).

MD 495:  I see at least three hidden shaping points south of I-68 that could be made visible.
