Title: LA: R.I.P. la 1209

Spending the weekend in Baton Rouge, for an uncle's birthday party.
Traveling through Zachary, there are no longer any signs for La 1209, a 2 1/2 mile route in "downtown" Zachary (former La 19 route?). It can be safely removed from the Louisiana routes.
