Title: IL: IL 104 bridge in Meredosia

The new Illinois River bridge is open a block north of the old one, and the old one no longer exists (or at least no longer exists in Meredosia).

The new bridge is just a block off the old one. I'll add a point for Morgan Street, where IL 104 has a new in-town angling segment, and make a note when I send it to the HB.
