Title: ROU: A1 exits near Bucharest

SSC (https://www.skyscrapercity.com/threads/502536/post-177523011) reports the opening of a new exit but I think that we already have it as BolDeal (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?u=michih&r=rou.a001&lat=44.465764&lon=25.862589&zoom=13). However, there is another exit to the east with DJ602 (close to future A0 interchange) that is missing in HB.

A1's CenBuc wp should be synced with DNCB's A1 wp and renamed to DNCB.

Labels in use (https://travelmapping.net/logs/pointsinuse.log) must be kept as alt labels though. I've added it now. I've also moved E81's wp to the A1 coords. Marking solved.
