The map/database currently shows MA route 125 ending at I-93.
However, it actually goes about a mile further to actually end at MA Route 62 (see attached image).

Shown ending at I-93 in:
• shapefiles (https://www.mass.gov/info-details/massgis-data-massachusetts-department-of-transportation-massdot-roads) dated 2021-05-12
• all earlier shapefiles I have archived going back to 2009.
• official transportation map (https://www.mass.gov/doc/official-transportation-map-english/download)
• Pavement Condition Viewer (https://massdot.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=9044dff05a4440c89a3c8afa3dc9e924)
The only sign I see for it is this (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.5854503,-71.1569306,3a,16.6y,290.41h,92.78t/data=!3m10!1e1!3m8!1sAiTEGXGQ8tsJWJVmpm4U9A!2e0!5s20210901T000000!7i16384!8i8192!9m2!1b1!2i40) (Contractor error? Simply pointing to the far side side of the same interchange?), and nothing at MA62 itself.
What's the source for your info?

Personal experience -- I drove it several weeks ago.
I can go back and get some pics, if that would help.
-
Sure, many thanks!

Tried to get down there last night to look but was late heading to MHT. Assuming signage isn't any different than what recent GMSV shows, I would argue this is a "no build" and that lone South MA 125 trailblazer at the off-ramp is an error. Especially given what all the official MassDOT data shows.

Agree, assuming there aren't any other signs posted now too new to be in GMSV.
