Might want to get the direct link to the imagery, as all that does is open up a default page from that site.

I would, but I have never been able to get a direct link to the imagery on that site.

I'm not entirely clear what the request is, but here's some photos from 2019. I followed along US 301 which split from US 501 just south of town, but I'll have to dig through photos which I didn't post on Flickr.
From SC 917 at US 301/501, headed southeast:

North of the SC 917 intersection, but headed south on US 301/501 in Latta:

I am referring to the US 301/US 501 southern split south of Latta and north of SC 38.

wptedit is a convenient shortcut. Center the map at the desired point & open up the "HA" link in a new tab. You'll get something like
https://historicaerials.com/location/42.720881/-73.760490/map/14
Then, replace the "map" bit with the desired year as shown in the "aerials" or "topos" menu, e.g. 2019, 1952, T2019, T1981, etc.
So for example, https://historicaerials.com/location/42.720881/-73.760490/T1981/14

Of course, I didn't get a photo of that... :( Probably just had my fill of 301 and 501 shields, so I put the camera down.
But if you mean shifting the point to where US 301 actually splits away from US501, then you're right, it's a bit off.

^Yes, you are correct.

point moved...
