Title: GA: GA-35 LOOP Changed to CONN

A minor update that was spotted during my last drive: signage in the field now designates Old Omega Rd as GA-35 CONN instead of GA-35 LOOP.

Route renamed. I think I got the AltRouteName done correctly.
