Title: GA: US 84 realignment at Argyle & Waycross

Looks like US 84 has been moved to a bypass around Argyle.

The widening also seems to have resulted in a new alignment just southwest of Waycross as well.

Added points MainSt_W and MainSt_E around Argyle and ValHwy near Wahoma.

Moved location of JesSteRd and NeeRd (neither was in use).
