TM has CT 17 overlapping with CT 66 to Washington Street and then getting on CT 9 at exit 15, however the signage there (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.5660696,-72.6528154,3a,75y,342.9h,84.77t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sx_FyTDimMIS3ymeJ1pjb8g!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) (that install has since been replaced but the new signage says the same thing) all has it using exit 16 (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.567245,-72.6501903,3a,75y,342.14h,89.86t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sBBIyPE5pMQyYlO8GE4s10A!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DBBIyPE5pMQyYlO8GE4s10A%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D350.1479%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192) instead. A shaping point on CT 17/CT 66 at the curve on past the west end of the Connecticut River Bridge may be useful as well. On the east end, I am unsure if we really need a point at Lower Main St because it could be argued that it is a RIRO.

Washington Street is shown as SR 545.
Oddly, shapefiles show Washington as part of CT17, with Saint John's Square as a municipal rt.
Source appears to be TIGER / Census Bureau, not ConnDOT.
This likely showed up on Google back in 2009ish, explaining the routing in CHM.
A shaping point on CT 17/CT 66 at the curve on past the west end of the Connecticut River Bridge may be useful as well.
With the correction to CT17, mapview would look like hell without this. Added.
