Title: IRL: R186 point request

I would to have a point added to the Irish R186 here (https://www.google.ie/maps/@54.2970035,-7.0151276,3a,75y,101.43h,76.06t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s8f6zKz65S908_J5dP3j29Q!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) at the junction with the L1171 in Tedavnet. I have travelled on the section north of here, but not south. The existing segment is also very long and would benefit from a split.

Added several visible points locally, including that one. If you put L1171 as a point label in your .list file then it will work soon.
