Nitpick: Point US20 probably should be US20/26. Not sure if it's worth changing though, especially without looking at the manual...

I've created a pull request for this: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/8360

I also updated the locations for a few other waypoints, including ID 16 (that wpt file has been updated as well) and a couple other waypoints.
