Title: KY: KY 154 at US 27

It looks like KY 154 was relocated at US 27 (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.8529836,-84.3828885,3a,75y,340.78h,82.36t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1saF8ciNjXxGJbLHarrCIdkg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) when US 27 was widened to four lanes between 2009 and 2013.

Thank you.  I was unsure how major you would have considered it.

KY 154:  I would argue that OldPeaGroRd violates the "too many words" rule.  (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php#truncate).

You're right, I'll change it to OldPGRd in the next update.
