Title: MI: I-96 exit issues

160 -> needs recentered.  Seems like it was reconfigured and shift to the west from where it was originally placed in the file.
172 -> I-275_S  --- Doesn't seem to be signed with an exit number on current or historical imagery on StreetView.
173A -> needs recentered on Newburgh Road.
173B -> needs recentered on Levan Road.
188A -> Probably needs to be centered on Livernois Avenue instead.

Fixed in my local copy. Also combined 173 with recentered 173A to match the situation at 188 (one exit eastbound, two exits westbound).
