The project website (https://www.ncdot.gov/projects/nashville-rocky-mount-projects/Pages/default.aspx)  still indicates completion in November 2023.

Google is showing the NB off-ramp is now open, but I can't find any news articles to confirm this, beyond the new overpass opening back in Dec '23 (https://www.rockymounttelegram.com/news/local/new-bridge-partly-open-to-traffic-at-future-interchange-for-i-95/article_a803d3ec-9b0d-11ee-898e-dbcb355ff848.html).

GSV visited the area again in May '25 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/PQFu2zHP7idoAyvs9).  Still wasn't open yet.

This PR from NCDOT (https://www.ncdot.gov/news/press-releases/Pages/2025/2025-06-04-rocky-mount-interchange-ramp-closure.aspx) says that the interchange should be open by the end of the year.

Drove through here Saturday and can confirm it is not open.
