Title: WI: WI-83 missing segment north of Hartford

I randomly noticed that WI-83 does not have a/any marked segment(s) north of Hartford despite having signage at both the south and north ends. I haven't driven to Hartford, I was just popping around on the map and saw this inconsistency. Has/is WI-83 being truncated, or is this just an oversight?
