Title: TUR: O33 (Menemen)

O33 (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=tur.o033&lat=38.960011&lon=27.028813&zoom=14) needs to be truncated to a temporary exit (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.9490737,27.0117769,218m/data=!3m1!1e3) at http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=38.948888&lon=27.011776. The OSM extension is marked as "closed"/"not in service" from CanBagYolu wp (as confirmed by October 2019 GSV (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.9611274,27.0175178,3a,75y,210.92h,84.62t/data=!3m8!1e1!3m6!1sAF1QipPsLB0H4ANQSIgO0q9ESHh82vPSxbQrS2sTtUXl!2e10!3e11!6shttps:%2F%2Flh5.googleusercontent.com%2Fp%2FAF1QipPsLB0H4ANQSIgO0q9ESHh82vPSxbQrS2sTtUXl%3Dw203-h100-k-no-pi-3.7441795-ya294.6066-ro-2.9713671-fo100!7i7680!8i3840)) and GM does also not indicate it at all but there is a road in service as we can see on satellite views and July 2022 GSV (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.9609774,27.0174149,3a,75y,218.49h,89.03t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sJWQl9yAtMH0Om8tr0vdMHg!2e0!3e11!7i16384!8i8192).
We just need to truncate the motorway from the current dead end to the temporary exit.

The transition from O33 (Menemen) to O30 (Main) is at exit 23, not 24. See GSV (https://www.google.de/maps/@38.5681753,27.0656933,3a,15y,102.57h,93.63t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sAoobnb4LoefwwyDceW1feA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192), OSM or GM.

There are only two travelers so far: michih panda80 :)

O33's exit 7 is numbered being 15 according to July 2022 GSV (https://www.google.de/maps/@38.9707446,27.0356934,3a,75y,77.77h,95.77t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1szJHTMixHeAf9uJdJvW6HHw!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DzJHTMixHeAf9uJdJvW6HHw%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D170.81102%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i16384!8i8192) (OSM is wrong).
The wp is also slightly off and should be moved to the main line for O33, D550 and E87.
We might add a wp to the future interchange on O33 which signed as 7 (https://www.google.de/maps/@38.9594122,27.0605925,3a,42.3y,353.52h,112.8t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sAF1QipNp-hhiNtohh-BKwPZerkggayMY7DugiKpDxGa6!2e10!7i7680!8i3840).
