Title: TUR: O20 exit numbers

OSM indicates other exit numbers than we have in HB (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=tur.o020) for the Ankara beltway. 2015-2021 GSV does not show any exit numbers (I've only checked four exits though). GM has no exit numbers. Should we change the wp labels nonetheless since our numbers are not confirmed? The region highway data manager @panda80 is the only traveler so far :)

Drove there back in 2010, don't remember the exit numbers...However some exits were added afterwards. Renumbered according to OSM and added the 3 missing WP at new exits.

Thanks, you also updated the concurrent international routes but forgot adding "(O20") prefix for E88 main route, E89 and E90. The other concurrent routes you've updated are fine.

AH87 had DL errors for hidden points. Fixed: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/6119
