Title: VA: US 301 Point Revision

Should a point be added at SR614 (https://www.google.com/maps/@38.3529205,-77.047696,3a,75y,272.51h,91.81t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s6Q25ghL8Uq3JJcVREf2Mwg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192) in Dahlgren?  It may be able to replace the shaping point nearby.

Alerting for version control: I recently edited the VA US301 wpt file to account for the new Nice Bridge, do make sure that change is not undone

I always get the GitHub file to make edits. Saw the changes at the state line.
