Title: DEU-TH: B88 Zeutsch bypass

The bypass is announced to be opened next week (2022-11-01). The B88 through road has already been replaced by the bypass in the mauttabelle (toll road list). I could easily move the road - and will likely do it soon - but I don't know what happens to L2391. Will it be extended onto old B88 to the east or to the west or will it stay as-is?

Either wait for a field check or official map (https://bau-verkehr.thueringen.de/service/karten-und-statistiken/strassenkarten) update which usually happens once per year in May.

The bypass was opened and OSM updated. There is only one junction with the bypass, and L2391 routing obvious.... https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/6125
