Title: NOR: 'E39 Svegatjørn - Rådal' project completed

18km of motorway opened yesterday. Same story again, realigning of an E route needs clarification about the new numbering of the old road before implementing BS on our end. Luckily, OSM (https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=13/60.2579/5.4139) is already updated and indicates Fv583. Nonetheless, I'll wait a few days till it has settled.
