I-15/US93: Broken concurrency from Exit 42 to Exit 45. It appears as though the issue is the placement of the points at Exit 44. US93's "I-15(44)" point should be synced with I-15's "44" point.

Also, LoneMtnRd and AnnRd need to be relocated, since the points are still located at the former at-grade intersections with CR215.

BTW, are improvements still underway at the east end of CR 215, in the vicinity of East Centennial Pkwy? OSM thinks there's a new interchange there with an unknown exit number, Google Maps doesn't show it. This is something I can look into later, such as on a project website, but can you provide a quicker answer? It would be nice to make all changes from recent construction in one fell swoop, if they are finished.

Last time I was there was when the 15/215 interchange was still a diamond, so unfortunately I cannot help there. Best I could find was this article (https://www.reviewjournal.com/local/traffic/new-i-15-215-beltway-northern-interchange-ramp-opens-2678460/) from the Review Journal from November 17, stating that 2 of the 4 ramps between I-15/CR215 are open and that the other two will be open by the end of the year, so I guess we will have an answer by then if all goes as planned.

Most of the work to convert the CR 215 beltway to a freeway seems to be completed. Some loose ends around the interchange with US 95, and the CR 215/I-15/US 93 interchange, to be cleaned up later once the project is completed.
