Title: NC: US321 minor point name change

The third point on US321 is labelled "US29/273".  The NC route that runs concurrently with US29 at the intersection is actually NC274, so the point should be "US29/274" (or alternatively "US29/74", since US74 is also concurrent with US29 and NC274 at that intersection).
