Title: I-81 NB only on-ramp in Syracuse

After closing a gap in my US 11 mileage today in Syracuse, I noticed and used a convenient I-81 NB-only onramp from Colvin Street.  It's fairly close to Exit 17, but seems to be separate enough to justify a point.  ColSt?  Make up the number 17A?

I've done something like the former in California and Quebec, rather than make up an "exit" number.
