Title: MO: I-70 new Exit #218

It seems that I-70 was reconfigured between Exits 217 & 219, forming a brand new (as of Aug '19) interchange numbered 218.

When they did this, they made both 217 & 219 into partial interchanges.

I would recommend centering the new 218 in the middle of the new set of full ramps around Hilltop Way.  And I would also recenter both 217 & 219 due to them being off-center now.

218 isn't its own interchange though. It's just the ramps that complete 217 and 219.
