Title: WI: WI 23 East of Fond du Lac

It looks like there should be a point at CRK as it looks like an interchange mostly.

Also the CRW point looks like it should be split into two as it seems to be concurrent with WI 23. Sadly I do not see GSV of the recent four-lane widening.
