A new border crossing has been put into service between Ukraine and Romania. The short Romanian road is indicated being DJ291E on GM and OSM but not yet in HB: https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=rou.dj291c&lat=48.091955&lon=26.297579&zoom=15
