Title: NV: NV 720 ends at NAS Fallon gate

What the title says. I field checked most of Churchill County today and NV 720 clearly ends at the main gate to NAS Fallon, at the intersection of Pasture Road and Churchill Avenue (https://goo.gl/maps/Q9bPFgdsFtFFCQis8), about 1/4 mile north of the ending we currently have. The NDOT log and GIS agree with signs here, and there are no fewer than 3 NV 720 assemblies along this short stretch of road.

Apart from the mentioned-elsewhere NV 121, the rest of the county is good in the highway browser. Zero unsigned routes in the county, which makes everyone's lives easy.
