It doesn't. The west end of 134 says "To 228" (no arrow to follow 134), and the signage on 228 show "To 134". Seems pretty silly to me, but that's how it's signed.
When did the name change happen? I was just out there a couple of weeks ago, and I thought it was still New World Avenue. But I wasn't paying too close attention (I go out that way much too frequently).

Looks like FL-528 has always gotten to 'George King Blvd' per this Nov '07 GSV imagery (https://goo.gl/maps/ztUWeHTfyjRPzfiE9). So, will extend it to Exit 54B.

I don't think so. When I crafted the route, that slip ramp from EB FL-870 to SB FLTpk already existed, making it easy to just have the 1PPI there & an easy graph connection.

Though, if you can convince me otherwise (like when that slip got added), I'd at least consider again about adding an extra point there for both routes.

Yeah, basically this is the opposite of I-476 at PA 63 (Exit 31) in Lansdale (like Exits 49 and 58 here). I will defer to others on this.

4. I still say no, especially since people are using both points.
5. Changed to 'FLTpk_Cut' to match the FL Turnpike file.
6. Weird how the SB US-1 "JCT FL-986" signage has moved (Feb '19 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/PTNZXErVTfudbJCGA) vs Feb '21 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/gvXtCX6xBJRom8Qi7)), as well as them replacing the 'arrow' below the signage @ the intersection (Apr '19 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/RSq8qvaJcigqoQcp8) vs Feb '23 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/MNoiqWyfcjdxsa7S7)). 2. No, as OSM is wrong here (& I just fixed that tonight). The old road (now Main St) doesn't intersect US-17 here. Thus, this is a valid label due to no intersection being here.

4. Fletcher Cut-off Road existed till the Dollar General was built there (sometime after Aug '19 per GSV). When that happened, the entire road (on North side of US-17/92) was completely removed (can be seen in Sat imagery). Can't tell what the road name is for the private road on the south end (well, can't verify at least). So, will shift point to Government Center Blvd (https://maps.app.goo.gl/XMt4hocjzYuFUKyU7) just to the west since the point isn't in use in either route.
5. Fixed in all 3 routes.
6. Not going to change this, as I want to keep the label the same in all three routes.

I'm not sure we should truncate it. I doubt it, since it's signed in the other direction @ the huge interchange.
With FL-574, there's 0 mention from US-92 EB, and usually FDOT is pretty good at signing stuff like this if they want to acknowledge the route.

Also, this would be similar to the eastern end of FL-84. GIS says it goes one block beyond US-1 to Miami Road, but it isn't signed as doing so from US-1. However, just was randomly looking @ GSV and did discover a street blade that mentions it @ Miami Road as 'SR 84' (https://maps.app.goo.gl/aCkkRY8JohiwUT9o8). And it's a recent install too, as the old one said 'ST RD 84'. However, not too keen on extending it still, since people would only see 'WB FL-84 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/z88g8HvueWcavgia8)' shields @ US-1.

2. That road has an identity crises. ::) Half the time, it's signed as CR-35 ALT, the other times it's CR-35A ALT. I mean, at that intersection, on the road itself, it has the CR-35 ALT (https://maps.app.goo.gl/GuvbzVPuxDU97tDCA) shields. Anyways, the GIS doesn't even show this segment on the county layer. But down below, it has a small segment of the route shown as 'CR 35A'. But that could mean anything, as FL doesn't normally have bannered routes. Then again, Clinton Ave has the designation of 'CR-52A' in the GIS, but is signed as 'CR-52 ALT (https://maps.app.goo.gl/WGNAxvHetHh6BsdU7)' in the field. So, confusion all around there in that area. Still, I don't think I'll be changing any of the labels here due to this fact. The only reason I didn't have the '_S' at the southern junction was because that wasn't the end of the route, even though it doesn't connect back to US-98.

I'm going to go with RivBlvd. This business has a website (https://mattisons.com/locations/riverwalk), and it lists the road as Riverfront Blvd. That's good enough for me to ID the road name.

Perhaps. However, with them completing reconfigurating that area like crazy men, I'll hold off on any changes here till it's finished. This can be brought up in a separate thread once they've finished all the work in that area.

FL 540: I understand that usafl was done to eliminate FL Routes when there are not signed overlaps with US Routes. However, I would think that the US 17/FL 540 concurrency would be considered as implied one based on how we handle Arkansas.
Bleep Arkansas. LOL! FDOT's GIS is usually very good in showing if there is a overlap of a state route on a US highway, both in the field & in the GIS. However, GIS here is 100% clear, that both sections of FL-540 are separate, and it doesn't have a hidden mulitplex with US-17. Thus, no change here needed (this is similar to how FL-109 is handled).

The last time I was out that way, the END FL 134 sign was at the west end of 103rd St, as well as TO FL 134 signs on FL 228. I'll be out that way in a couple of weeks and can do a field check.

Field signage is the same as previously reported. The west end of 103rd St is marked END FL 134, with a TO FL 228 sign. Eastbound Normandy Blvd (FL 228) has TO FL 134 signs. Westbound Normandy has a JCT FL 134 sign followed by a TO FL 134 sign. Photos to come when I can get them uploaded.
