Currently, the HB has the southern endpoint of NY 331 where it makes the sharp turn onto Crum Creek Rd.
While field-checking it this afternoon, I observed both an END sign and a very noticeable pavement change right at the county line instead of at the curve.

Weird.
The TDR (https://www.dot.ny.gov/divisions/engineering/technical-services/hds-respository/NYSDOT_Traffic_Data_Report_2014.pdf) listing the county line @ 0.19 mi checks out wrt the end in the HB.
The TDV (https://gisportalny.dot.ny.gov/portalny/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=28537cbc8b5941e19cf8e959b16797b4) seems to suggest it's NY331 south of the county line as well.
MilepointRoute2015 shapefiles have 2 overlapping records S of the couty line:
• RIS_TYPE=Route, GEORTE=NY331, YEAR_ACTIV=2007 (fwiw)
• RIS_TYPE=Road, GEORTE=NULL, YEAR_ACTIV=0 (fwiw)
The first one goes from the county line to the Kennedy Rd split; the second continues around the bend and follows CR57 all the way to CR56.
Either way, the END sign and pavement change are there, and GMSV shows them 1/8 century ago. That's the end of the route for Joe Traveler. Will truncate.
