Title: VA: two point requests

I could use a point at Rock Road on VA 232 and VA 177. Looped through this way in an attempt to bypass some traffic on I-81 after the eclipse in 2017, clinched Radford City in the process, but never claimed credit since I didn't have a full segment available of either route.

Noticed this just now as I was entering other travels in SW VA from the past couple days.
