Title: IRL: N5 Castlebar Bypass

The section of the N5 bypassing Castlebar has been opened recently. https://www.rte.ie/news/connacht/2023/0426/1379233-road-connacht/

In addition,  numbers have been changed in the town to account for the N5 being moved.

The section towards Westport is scheduled to open soon.

Already sorted and with last night's update is now live on the site

It just doesn't appear in the user log files since it is dated 2022-04-27 by accident.
