R13 was realigned at the junction with R19: https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=mne.r013&lat=42.760818&lon=19.551668&zoom=17

I think that R13 should also get a wp where it connects to A1's exit "2": https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=mne.r013&lat=42.650248&lon=19.489231&zoom=15

btw, OSM indicates exit numbers for A1. Not sure if that's correct....
