Title: KS: New Super-2 alignment on K-14/K-96

A new alignment bypassing Nickerson and Sterling on K-14/K-96 opened on Wednesday.  Both towns were bypassed to the north/east.  There are 3 interchanges along the new bypass, one near each end and one at Nickerson Rd.

AFAICT, the bypass route does not show up in either OSM or Google, though Esri WorldImagery shows the northern third under construction and you can pick out some of the rest of the ROW in the Esri imagery.

Here's the KDOT location study (https://www.ksdot.gov/Assets/wwwksdotorg/PDF_Files/1-K96-Final-Report-Cover.pdf) which may help fill in the gaps.  And this local news article (https://hutchpost.com/posts/7b1c5d67-1ca8-4620-b0f1-256e409dcba9) from last summer has a map that may be helpful.

Wasn't able to find anything concrete on what the old road will become, if anything.  Though the location study (admittedly from 2010) suggests it will be a local road and not remain on the state system.

This local article (https://www.hutchnews.com/story/news/local/2021/03/17/northwest-passage-highway-project-rice-reno-counties-finally-awarded-department-of-transportation/4708494001/) from when the project was awarded states that the old roadway will indeed be dropped from the state system and become a local road, as does this older KDOT document (https://www.ksdot.gov/tworks/ProjDocuments/K-14_KA-1007-03_Overview_02-12-2013.pdf) from 2013.
