Title: MO I-170 is missing an interchange

9B is a separate interchange north of 9A (and happens to be where the 6 lane segment ends).

I do not think the distance is sufficient enough from 9A to merit its own point, and this point is also one highly unlikely to be used since it is for Boeing facilities.

I've used that particular exit (but I have the whole route clinched).
