Title: IL: I-94/90 Exit 50A

Should this be recentered on "North Ogden Avenue" instead?  The ramps don't connect to "West Chicago Avenue" at all.

Centering 50A on Chicago Avenue create a semblance of equal space between 49B and 50B, and also splits the difference between the southbound exit (which leaves the freeway north of Chicago Avenue) and northbound entrance (which enters the freeway just south of Chicago Avenue). Centering it on Ogden Avenue would pull it substantially from the southbound exit point.

Centering it on Ogden Avenue would pull it substantially from the southbound exit point.

However, centering it on Chicago Avenue is completely wrong, as Chicago has 0 connection to the exit.  It's an exit for Ogden Avenue (https://goo.gl/maps/ye5wQDLuvoehkNBX7), and the NB on-ramp directly connects to said road.  Plus you can say that 'Racine Avenue' (which is what the SB ramp connects to), acts as the rest of the ramp from I-94/90 since it's one-way to connect to Ogden.

Thus, IMO, it's clear as day that the point should be properly centered on Ogden.

Agree with Ogden. Points should be at the roads they connect to, not where the ramps split.

Points should be at the roads they connect to, not where the ramps split.

With the exception of trumpet interchanges, like you see on several old-school turnpikes.
