Title: NM: I-25 Exit 460

Seems this area around the Weigh Station/Chain-up area has been completely reconfigured.

Because of this, the ramps for Exit 460 have been moved south of the location of the current point.

The 'northern' bridge that both OSM & Google still show is no-more per StreetView from 2021.

Now, the location for the '460' points should be placed where the 'new' southern bridge is currently located in OSM.

NOTE: This will also effect US-85 & US-87, as they're along I-25 here.
