Title: CO: I-25 Exit 197A

Was there really an exit here?  Historical StreetView shows 0 ramps to/from Yosemite Street.

Only thing there that even remotely looks like a ramp, is an emergency access connection that I don't think would qualify as worthy of a point.

Thus, I recommend just nuking this point from I-25, US-87, & CO-88's files.
