Title: FRA-BFC: N79/E62 expressway upgrade

Another section was completed. Same waypoints need be be moved, e.g. D121/D289 junction seems to be replaced by an interchange. The info about the exact location of the section is varying depending on the source. Need to wait for OSM being updated.

It was not fully opened 2x2 back in July, i.e. not south of Brandon where a new interchange is being built. Please refer to September 2023 GSV (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Cg2nyhLyuERPdVpB6). It seems that OSM is up-to-date. https://www.skyscrapercity.com/threads/490597/post-186663983

Thus, I can only close the D121/D289 junction now. I need to keep the thread open till the new interchange 8 will be opened. It is likely replacing the existing interchange with D121/D987 just east of it. We will see how the routes around will be routed and renamed.

Exit 8 will be opened on March 21st. OSM indicates it partially in service but one ramp is still missing, i.e. one ramp of the old interchange is also still in service.
